		<description>Which one of the open source CMS is best to use with a current website...one that you can just add tags where the client can edit. Not looking for Cushy or SurrealCMS, but simular structure.

Not interested in a CMS that you have to build a site from their templates, but one I can just add the required tags...or a CMS you have to pay to use for multiple clients.
